It didn't come as a big surprise because of the family pattern, its just something you earn to accept however that didn't change the knock on affects it had on my social confidence & anxiety . The job that Katie has done is unbelievable, the confidence that SMP has given me is second to non. I've gone from wearing a hat daily to rarely wearing one at all now. I cannot recommend this enough for anybody.
